GASCONTROL, společnost s r.o. - gas installation and energetics

It's intended especially for pre - heating of natural gas inside of gas regulation stations. It is also possible to use them for pre-heating of air. The equipment is intended to the environment of ZONE 2.

Technical description

There are 2 heating bodies hung on a top cover connected with incoming cable CYKY 3C × 1,5 over bushing HSK-Mex 11. There is a control equipment of el. heating placed on a body of preheater from side, in which a thermoregulator and a thermal fuse are installed. The thermoregulator serves as first reverse step of a temperature protection and it is adjusted on expanding temperature 30°C. The thermal fuse serve as the second nonreversible step of protection and is adjusted on expanding temperature 70°C. Reconnecting could be done by pressing a switch pin that is plased in the head.

It is possible to provide fully automatic control by the help of electronic switching of a supply circle. Switching rate is controlled by the electronic regulator. Sensor temperature is placed on exit of a regulation station. Electronic regulation provides upkeeping of exit temperature with accuracy 1°C.

There is inert environment during operation in the preheater, which protects against rise of inflammation and gas explosion. Concentration of gas in the body of preheater in the working condition is above the upper explosive limit-s. ČSN EN 60079-10. Protection against dangerous touch of lifeless parts is performed by automatic disconnection from source in accordance with ČSN 33 2000-4-41. Inside of the terminal board of heating spirals an earthing terminal is installed, on which a protective conductor of incoming cable is connected. Protection of live parts of terminal board of heating bodies is IP 64. The thermoregulator and the thermal fuse are in the closure - IP 64.

Connecting to supply system

Heating bodies 2 × 1 kW are powered up by the cable CYKY 3 × 1,5. This incoming cable is protected in a switch - board by a breaker 16 A. Protection of incoming cable matches ČSN 33 2000-4-43, ČSN 33 2000-4-473, ČSN 33 2000-4-523. The cable is protected against overloading and also against short circuit. The thermal fuse STJ and the thermoregulator ST are connected from sparkle safe circumference with the cable CYKY 2A × 1,5.

Design

Electric preheater of gas is produced in follow alternations:

• direct - entrance and exit stay in alignment
• right - left - input and output flange of gas form an angle 90° C
• lower - entering flange is placed in lower parts of the pre-heater body (there is not necessary to load inner pipe to the body at this design DN25 (31,5 × 2,6)
