Anticorrosive protection
GASCONTROL, společnost s r.o. carries out by the form of outsourcing anticorrosive protection of gas pipelines for Severomoravskou plynárenskou, a.s. (Northmoravian gas company, Inc.), in the Northmoravian region, it provides one of the widest ranges of anticorrosive protection in CR. The purpose is to provide the pipeline protection by decreasing of outer degradation influences to minimum efficiently and by modern methods and ensure the longest possible service life of a pipeline.
Within anticorrosive protection we provide
- anticorrosive protection Vtl (high pressure, Stl (medium pressure) and Ntl (low pressure) of gas pipelines
- complex solving of cathodic protection of tank ČSPHM
- building - up and checking - up of SKAO (cathodic protection station)
- building - up and checking - up of EPD and VPD
- servicing and repairs stations KAO
- electro - spark examinations of isolation
- checking - up of isolation condition by Pearson method and working out the details for considering of corrosive state of piping e.g . before rehabilitations
- repairs of pipeline isolation

We provide an operation of active protection against corrosion in section 2151 km Vtl (high pressure) gas pipelines by means of 172 ieces SKAO and 19 drainages for Severomoravskou plynárenskou, a.s. (Northmoravian gas company, Inc.). Active protection of gas mains of local nets is provided by the help of 94 pieces of drainages and 22 pieces of SKAO (station of cathodic protection), we provide their regular checking-up and service necessary for a trouble-free operation.
