Technical description of the arrangement

The contact - maker is made in accordance with CSN EN 50 014 and CSN EN 50 021. The contact - maker is intended to switch circuits in the 2nd ZONE. Assuming nothing of mechanical straining. The contact - maker is produced in 2 variants without outer scroll and with outer scroll M10. The connector cable must to be properly fixed after exiting out of the contact - maker. The operational outdoor temperature -30°C up to +55°C. Electric circuit of the contact - maker can be protected by a safety fuse with rated current of max. 0,25 A. The contact - maker consists of a correed relay BV 551 which has got these electric parameters:

• Max. switched tension: ss. 175 V
• Max. switched current: ss 0,25 A

The circumfusion of reed contacts is implemented CHS EPOXY 531.

The case is made:

• of a duralumin round timber of average 8 mm in which a hole is drilled of diameter 6 mm
• of a duralumin round timber of average 10 mm in which a hole is drilled of diameter 6 mm and made an external scroll M10

Technical characteristics

Joining the outer circuits:
The magnetic contact - maker is manufactured with connector cables of lenght 5 up to 15 m. For a long dinstance connectin is possible to prolong the connecting by the help of a connector box adapter authorized for ZONE 2. The max. load of switch contacts of the magnetic contact - maker at switching is 0,25 A. To connect the magnetic contact - maker to outer circuits are used cables MK 2x 0,35 mm², SRO 2x 0,22 mm², SRO 3x 0,22 mm².
