Gas regulation stations

GASCONTROL, společnost s r.o. is a significant producer and supplier of gas regulation stations and a supplier of gas pipelines.

At building - up of RS we offer a wide and variable solutions in different compressive degrees (very high pressure, high pressure, medium pressure) with outflow from 25 up to 500 000 Nm3/h. We supply a complex supply of construction, i.e.. we carry out suggestions of solution, projection, production and assembly including functional and compressive examinations, revisions, construction work and documentation needed for handing-over of works.

Examples of particular solutions of certain types of RS:

We offer to our clients variant solutions of RS reconstruction with regard on improvement of technical levels and cutting - down of expended means for next operation of device. There is a very frequent example of RS of outflow up to 1700 Nm³/h, where it is possible to exchange a current gas electric pre - heating with a warm - water pre - heating by a simple way including replacement of a building part of RS, i.e.. replace an iron - plate kiosk for the sectional one.

Benefits of this reconstruction are:

• We suppose an economic return of this investment of savings of el. energy until 4 years
• Simplicity of design- we exchange a flange el. preheater with electrodes for a flange with a tube plate
• Sectional kiosk warrants a long service life whereas its structure is made of lite concrete
• We modify a kiosk roof according to a wish of client as a saddle roof or a terraced roof
• A part of a sectional kiosk is an inbuilt boiler - room separated from RS by a barrier

Our company provides building - up of gas pipelines and produkt mains practically of all dimensions, pressures and technical design. We also provide urban network in terms of areal gas installation. We operate with materials of steel and LPE. We carry out complete realization of orders i.e. including regulation stations, anticorrosive protection, revisions, compressive examinations and documentation needed for work handing - over.
