Gas regulation station of type VTL - STL 200 - 1500
High pressure regulation station (RS) regulates gas pressure from high pressure (VTL) to medium presure (STL) at required gas volume. RS is designed so that it is possible to autorun reserve lines during failure of operating lines. This way designed RS fully warrants capacity and safety requirements.
Description of device
Device of the regulation station is double lined, one - staged, with metering of demanded gas volume on both rows of medium pressure exit. Inlet pipeline of high pressure (VTL) is dimension DN 50. Outlet pipeline medium pressure (STL) is DN 100. Two high pressure filters FVGC 370/6 PN 40 and FGC 280 PN 40 you can find on entrance in the regulation station. A drip riser on filters is installed by a ball valve with a plug. RS is to a place of assembly supplied completely placed on a frame, it is necessary to interconnect input and outlet of gas pipeline, to carry out an operation test and starting revision of device. RS may be provided with odorization equipment, type - according to needs of a customer.
Metering
Volume measurement of gas passing current is carried out by turbine or rotary gasmeters located on STL (medium pressure) exit. Temperature is measured by the help of stalk thermometers of range from -35 do +50°C - namely on entrance and both measuring lines behind a gas - meter, a fitting for thermal impulse recorder DATCOM is on a joint exit. The gas pressure is measured by the help of deformation manometers located on input of pipeline, output of pipeline, in front of and behind the filter (eventually will be used a differential manometer), in front of gas - meter, on a bypass, behind a regulator and on the regulation row for the boiler - room. Pressures of input and output are registered by the recorder DATCOM. For a digit translation of measured values serves a digit calculator.
Gas pre - heating
There is used a filter/pre-heater FVGC 370/6 for gas pre - heating placed on entrance, fulfilling also a function as an exchanger of output 6 kW. As a bypass of the exchanger is required a reserve filtration row with a filter FGC 280 DN 32 PN 40. The source of heat is a gas boiler THERM 20 kW turbo. The boiler is controled by the help of the regulator - TDR. The protection of a warm - water circle is secured by an opened expansion tank placed in a technology room with separate outlet air over the roof into atmosphere. Monitoring of a level of non - freezing medium (water+friterm, a temperature of freezing – up -20°C) is secured by a displaying manometer underneath the expansion tank, on which maximum and minimum quantity will be marked. The refilling of liquid is solved by a hand wing pump - SIGMA. On demand the equipment is secured against insinuation of gas to the water circle.
Anticorrosive protection
Pipeline on the surface in RS is painted with the anticorrosive basic paint. For the top paint of the pipeline and armatures was used the acrylic paint.
Location
Technological device is placed in a building of the kiosk type and ground plan proportions 5 x 2 m also with a boiler - room. We deliver a kiosk as a preassembled three - dimensional component
unit equipped with installed locksmith products, roofing including sheeting and other products and with definitive design of outer surface..
It is used a saddle roof, a hip roof or an aisle roof
with sheeting over the periphery. Drainage of the roof is solved by the help of PVC cornices and standpipes. A type and a colour of roofing depends on a wish of client.
