The remote - controlled gas delivery and regulation station - PS Štramberk and PS Děhylov
The gas stations are in principle high - capacity regulation stations, that regulate very high pressure (VVTL - very high pressure) to high pressure (VTL). Also the commercial measurement of gas is located in this stations. Our company participated on realization of the stations- Štramberk and Děhylov. Each of these RS has got total outflow 250 000 m³/hour. Building - up of PS proceeded during the eightieth years after VVTL (very high pressure) gas pipeline DN 700 PN 64 Říkovice - Příbor - Děhylov was built up.
Even if at that time was negotiated about a modern device, those types of RS were already technically and moral obsolete and did not reply present requirements on operative management of gas supplies to the nets and it how from the operational aspects and keeping of the pressure level in the net, thus no overfullfilment of the daily limits of gas purchase of gas supplier.
The basic requierement for the reconstruction was to carry out a renovation of all equipment with a remote control of whole station from a zone dispatching and to cancel the uniform staff in RS. GASCONTROL, společnost s r.o. participated as a general supplier in building - up of a complex of interconnected arrangement, which make possible the unmanned remote - controlled natural gas regulation to the VTL (high pressure) gas company systems.
Technology characteristic
Because running of RS is without the operators and the station management is provided from the zone dispatching, the station must be technologically perfect and safe. With regard to the preparation of the double-pressure high pressure system in SMP, a.s. (The Northmoravian gas company, Inc.) the station is single lined and one - staged for every compressive outlet with a reparation of reserve lines by the automatic controlled bypass with ball regulating valves ARGUS.
As the main control elements - regulators RMG are installed with the control system - Protronic and these are able to regulate in wide range of pressures also delivery rate of gas, with a minimal pretension to service. The control system used on the main regulation lines is able by its software and created logic of security to work autonomically and also during a failure of the senior workplace, and on its own carries out the basic regulation in accordance with the last dated specifications.
Spare regulation is effected by the other principe of regulation (regulation spherical ball valves) with the control system - Siematic, which does not require warming - up of gas and it's fully able to substitute the basic regulation and it also during the failure of the power supply for a period of 8 o'clock. If the failure of one local system occures, then the back up system of the regulation line replaces it fully, because it is built on profoundly different principles as the regulation.
The regulation line for outlet 2,2 MPa is about outflow 150 000 m³/hour and the line for outlet 1,6 MPa is about outflow 100 000 m³/hour. Total outflow of gas supplies is 250 000 m³/hod. From the aspects of access to servicing of single components the filters are situated inside of the discharge station and a formation of lines inside of the TRS building is with the largest manipulation space.
A dispatcher is able to control the single regulation lines in accordance with several criteria. According to the intended quantity or according to the intended outlet pressure, according to minimal outlet pressure, which means, that inside of the system is not possible a decompression under the adjusted value, or according to the maximum gas outlet pressure, that means that inside of the system is not possible to rise in pressure over the adjusted value. In both cases the controlling in accordance to pressure does not respects reserved quantity to the level of admissible maximum of commercial meter. Enumerated means of controlling guarantee operativeness of controlling of gas supplies from operational aspects and commercial aspects as well.
