As an example of support RS we can mention D/1 STL/NTL 200 at design - underground. The support RS is intended especially for using in gas company local nets for regulation of pressure from medium pressure to low pressure.
The technology is placed in a whole-zinc tight metal mantle, it is built - in underneath a ground level. Thanks to high carrying - capacity of the top cover it is possible to place the station also into a roadway. The main advantage compared to the device of anologous type is double protection of outgoing overpressure of heating gas, which increases a safeness and a reliability of a low - pressure net.

Description of device

The technological part is placed on a frame and includes: input stop valves, filtration, safety part, regulation part, outgoing valve, bypass, weld fittings with valves for posibility of installation of manometer. Gas filtration efficiency – 5 μm is provided by aluminum filters FGC 3,2 DN 32 PN 6 firmy GASCONTROL, společnost s r.o. Safety shut down valves secure outgoing overpressure of gas against rising and falling of pressure according to these values: rise 4,5 kPa, fall 1 kPa. Used shut down valve: BM5 DN 25 PN 16 and EN 12186, integrated closure of regulator. Safety - valve in the regulator may be reset to unloader value 3,5 kPa.
Around the regulation station is placed a bypass for appropriate manual regulation during reparation of armatures, or more precisely - filter cleaning. For coating of the technology is used a steel zinc - coated case - outer proportions: hight 600 mm, diameter - 550 mm. The tank is against insinuation closed with a blinding flange with "O" ringlet. Positioning is carried out on a solid concrete basis. A lite top cover of modular iron castings protects the whole equipment against axial loading. Outlet air leading-out from space above a membrane of the regulator in conjunction with air exhaustion of a reservoir is led out by a steel tube to the high c.2 - 2,4 m above a ground (which will prevent a possible flooding above the membrane).
