These heads are intended for connection of plastic pipes in deep holes, above all for collectors of heat pumps.

Technical description

Heads are made of plate material PE 300, that's full compatible with PE 80 and PE 100. Tabular material is divided by machine on the upper and lower part of head, in which sluiceways are made to order. PE pipes are then welded on the upper part for connection by an electroadapting piece. Parts prepared this way are welded to the complex of body of cross - connecting head.

Cross - connecting head and collectors

The connection of pipes with the head makes so called a collector, which serves in the system of heat pumps to accept warm from a deep holes.

We supply separate heads or with welded - on plastic pipes HDPE in longitudes 50 up to 180 m as well, that means - a complete collector, inclusive a testimonial in performance of compressive examination of head up to 2 MPa and of the collector up to 1,6 MPa. There is not made any welded joint with haemorrage of mass into the inner space of the pipeline or the head in the all longitude of the collector.

We also offer weights that serve to weigh down collectors - it is easier to load them into a borehole. The weight is 16 kg or 23 kg.
