Prepay gas-metering system (PGS)
Basic parameters of credit valve- a part of advance payment system
Electronically operated valve is a part of PGS. It fully respects the PGS users philosophy - a compensation for advance payments by direct payment for a gas demand. It is intended for applications in industrial conditions, with a great thermal range and with a small remaindership. The system is protected against the misuse by many protective elements. Specifications on client cards are protecteds with a high safeness against decoding or attempt to change it. All indications from credit valve are transfered to the main software system for processing and archiving. The credit valve monitors and takes over informations about the prepaid quantity of gas from selling quarters.
To tighter specification of checking - up and prevention of attempts to cheat - the method of cross multiple checking - up of data is applied. If it happens to breach of safety conditions, it comes to locking of the credit valve and this fact (including the time) is recorded in the memory of the credit valve. It is interconnected with a gas - meter counter for reading of a quantity of gas demand. The possibility of electr. configuration makes it possible to use gas - meters with different number pulses per unit of gas demand and the application of current counters of gas demand quantity.
Basic characteristic
- Transmission medium- a contactless card with memory and unique code
- Battery - powered running of the equipment for a period of 3 years in ordinary conditions - the equipment contains two battery sets for power supply of the equipment
- Metering of battery conditions is proceeded at operating state. The information about a battery condition is transported to the system
- Protection against attempt for magnetizing of a gas - meter sensor
- Protection of the equipment covering and of supply conductors
- Contact for warning of user at running short of credit
- Credit of impulses- actual state at the moment of data transmissions
- Inner indications are backed up against a drop - out of power supply
- Number shutting and opening max. 3× in every direction, warning when battery power is for max. 1 shutting
- Identification code of the valve and of activated card
- Data on card are crypted against the possibilities of tapping or attempt to interfering by a unauthorized person
- Distinguishion of a client regime - a credit balance, a bank debit (rate), without regime, a contingent debit
- At repeated evaluation of critical state of batteries (running of control intervals defined by the operator) the valve will be closed - a consumer will be warned
