Heavy repairs of high pressure gas pipelines after long time of their operating
It is a complex of activities on a current steel pipeline, that will prolong its service life and high pressure gas pipeline will be able to operate safely in the future.
We realize and provide
- An expertise of gas pipeline on the part of its function, an insertion to the system, a requierement on transportation and service pressure, technical conditions of part of pipeline and its accessories, a present break-down rate and causes of occurrence of break-down rate, a function of anticorrosive protection, a condition of isolation pipeline, a condition of our own pipeline, including carrying out of appropriate examinations and analysis of a removed pipe sample, eventually samples and a determination of technological conditions and working limits of compressive reparation
- processing of necessary documentation- project documentation, work and technological techniques
- division of a high pressure gas pipeline into individual technical parts, which respect operational needs as well as needs of the realization of repair.
