Building-up and service of CNG refueling stations

Since 2005 GASCONTROL, společnost s r.o. has provided service and repairing of the CNG filling station of outflow c. 1650 Nm3/hour for the transport company OKD, Doprava a.s. (Inc.) in Prostřední Suchá.
The station consists of two compressor units - the first is the compressor unit SAFE ST90 T20 EM and the second is Atlas Copco. The part of the station is a gas storage of capacity 5 000 l.

CNG refueling stations, ČSAD Havířov

At the present we provide service of a new CNG station placed in the area of the ČSAD Havířov, a.s. (Inc.) company.
Realization of this station including drawing of project documentation was provided by our company - GASCONTROL. The station is equipped with two compressors SAFE ST75 17-EM of total outflow capacity 1 070 Nm3/hour. The outgoing pressure is 240 bar and the capacity of a storage is 1 080 l. The station gives the possibility to fill two vehicles at the same time.

CNG refueling stations, SMP Ostrava

We also participated in building-up a CNG filling station for SMP, a.s. (Inc.) in Ostrava. The technology of the mentioned station made by a german producer - BAUER is of outflow 40 Nm3/hour, the capacity of a storage is 2 400 l.

Both of stations operate in the mode of casual attendance and the stations are for the control effect equipped with a card system.

Building-up, service and repairing of stations

We gained rich experience during our activities related to building-up, service and repairing of stations we provide routine maintenance and also more difficult repairs like driving rod and piston exchange, lining of cylinders, etc.. Satisfaction of customer testifies the issued reference certificate.
Beyond the mentioned station producers we are able to carry out station realizations of other producers as well.
