Introduction Filters and pre-heaters Filters FGC 140 up to 4000
Filters FGC 140 up to 4000
Dust filter of gas is intended to separate mechanical impurities from gaseous matter: air, natural gas, propane butane and from other nonaggressive gases according to the valid legislation ČSN EN 121 86. It is a compressive tank and all of the types are certified.
Technical description
The gas filter is welded from a cylindrical body, which is equipped by necks PN 16 - PN 63 for gas entry and exit. Input and output necks are placed in the lower parts of the body - each
other oriented according to a wish of a consumer - left, right, direct. There is a direction of gas flow marked on the body by an arrow. There is a sediment separating outlet
connected to lower parts for draining of impurities and condensations. Currently this outlet is closed by a blind flange DN 25 (at FGC 4000 - DN 50), however on wish of a
consumer it could be delivered with flanged, welded, eventually with a screw ball - shaped closure equipped with a plug.
The upper lid of the filter is formed by a neck flange bolted with screws over packing with a blind flange eventually with a slip mechanism. There is a exchangeable filter - bed inside
of the body, which is either ceramic, cellulose, or it's of a special fabric. To order there are supplied filters with a double or triple filtration - from crudest to finest elements. The filter
is equipped with equipment for loss-of-head gauging on a filter - bed. There are welded - on fixtures on the both of necks, on which enclosures are fixed. Exits of closures
are connected by pipes to a switchboard. There is a manometer lined - up to the upper exit of the switchboard directive or differential one. Types of manometer
depend on a wish of a consumer. We are able to deliver differential manometers with exit for telemonitoring filter condition. The filter is equipped with bottom ends on sides for fixation
on a pedestal.
Servicing of equipment in operation
The equipment does not require regular everyday service, as far as the gas main is protected against insinuation of a great quantity of condensation, or against excessive quantity of mechanical impurities. We advise you to perform a compressive examination after 15 years of operating and every 5 years to perform metering of strenght of body wall, or every 20 years to exchange equipment for a new one.
